Growers on the list do not sell their seeds because the
Atlantic Giant patent to sell them is owned by Howard Dill,
the seed's originator. To purchase seeds from Howard, go to
www.howarddill.com The best time to buy seeds from him is
in a few months ..... after '03 harvest and weigh-offs are over.
You can also get some outstanding seeds from growers on this
list by sending them a self-addressed-stamped bubble pack with
a request for some of their seeds. You can find out how to contact
many growers by going to http://aggc.1wh.com/aggc_main.asp
then click on "join". You will find everything you ever want to
know about Atlantic Giant genetics at this site.
You will also be able to pick up some great seeds at some of the
club auctions that you will see listed on this site this winter or
by joining some of the pumpkin clubs who will send you some nice seeds
when you sign up as a member.
Also, keep in mind, the size of the pumpkin from which you are getting
your seeds from is not necessarily important. The right cross (genetics)
is a more important consideration. Some of the hottest "in demand" seeds
right now are from pumpkins in the 500 - 600 lb. range.

Hello group,I would like to buy some seeds from some one who has grown
some really large pumpkins this year. To cross pollinate with the ones I
have grown. Mine were were from 544. wilbers (02) parentage 946.5
Mettler (00)mother and 801.5 (97) father. My biggest pumpkin so far
this year is Zack who is 400lb now this could be because I am
inexperienced in growing Giant pumpkins, but I would like to try and
