This is what happens when you use Microsoft software to build a
webpage.  Microsoft embeds non-standard html language into the
page so that it only displays correctly with Explorer.  Then
they try to claim their browser works better than other
browsers.

The only fix is not to use Microsoft Word, FrontPage or other
Microsoft software to build a web page.  Use any other standard
HTML Editor and you don't have this problem.
