Connecticut Giant Pumpkin Weigh-Off

Attention CT, New England & Metro New York Growers,

 

The deadline for entering the first annual CT Giant Squash & Pumpkin Growers
Association Weigh-Off is Sept. 30th & is approaching fast.

 

In & Out of State categories insure everyone gets a chance at capturing a
portion of our VERY handsome prize structure.

 

Weigh-Off is at Penfield Beach, Fairfield Beach Rd, Fairfield, CT at 12:00
Noon on Sunday, October 2nd. 

 

All Green Squash Prizes: 

1st Place - $500, 2nd Place - $300, 3rd Place - $200

 

Prizes for In State Pumpkins: 

1st Place - $1000, 2nd Place - $750, 3rd Place - $500, 4th - 10th - Ribbons.
$100 Bonus paid for a new Connecticut State Record 

(currently 851.8 lbs)

 

All State Prize Entries:  

1st Prize - $1000, 2nd Prize - $750, 3rd Prize - $500.
