Ottawa Byward Market is not having a weighoff this year

Just to let everyone know I was talking to the people at the Ottawa Byward Market who hosted the Great Pumpkin Weighoff for the past several years. They will NO LONGER host the Ottawa pumpkin weighoff! Anybody who has a super sized pumpkin and was intending to come to the Ottawa weighoff site will have to seek another place.

It's too bad since there has been an Ottawa weighoff for nearly two decades.
