Jesse,
This is a great forum to ask questions and receive info. If you want more
details and instructions, might I suggest you do a web search for "how to
grow Atlantic giants" and you might want to try BigPumpkins.com. Go to the
message boards, do a search on their site, read some of the diaries.
The pumpkins don't start the 20 to 30 pounds a day until they reach about
beach ball size, then look out...........
I don't know the shelf life....good question, anyone with more experience
know the answer to this one?
