SVB's are usually not far from their entrance holes, they don't travel deep
into the vines, find the entrance hole clean up the chaff from around the hole
to get a better view if the direction that the svb has traveled get a small
wire form a small hook on the end and fish out the SVB's
Also I have removed them in the past with a good concentrated blast of water
from a hose it forces them right out but can be messy.
Of course the best way would to manage a good spray program with a systematic
pesticide and no have svb's in the first place.
