stopped growing

It appears that my big pumpkin has stopped growing. What should I do between
now and the weigh-off in 2.5 weeks?????? It's taped at 587 lbs and I was hoping
to get to 600.
Also, on my white pumpkin there are green streaks radiating from the stem.
Looks like it is ripening backward. What is causing that?
