RE: Scar seeds

	Brett:

Sorry everything kind of fell apart for you this year. I was always
looking forward to
your updates with patch #1 . . . It is kind of sad to put all the
work in during the off
year, only to end up like that.

We are around 286 inches on your big 676 with no cracking or
wrinkles. The PVC pipe is
holding and yes there is a nice groove from the vine/pipe. We are
suppose to have a heat
wave this weekend and I don't know how much we should push it. Any
ideas? We still have
a 118c on S1 for some shock absorber.

The patch has just kind of dried out the last 2 weeks or so. It had
been underwater, except for
the hills, 4 times this year. We have raised pumpkins in this patch
for 5 years and it never
	happened before.

If you have any info on late season watering/fertilizing let me
know.

Save a couple of Scar and Wart seeds if you can. I wish I could get
the growth you get in
	40-some days.

	Take Care
