hi all. i read Al Eatons post this morning about the local gardening
centre stealing the seeds from his pumpkin and selling them. Isn't that
illegal? i was under the impression that the PVP prevents people other
that howard dill, and authorized sellers of atlantic giant seed from
selling AG seed. Is that not true? or was this gardening centre just
blatantly breaking the law?
