This is my opinion as well. I think that in addition to the family tree
diagrams on Cucurbyte, it would be a good idea to record the fate of the
pumpkin as well- how it met its demise- stem split, end split, went full
term, etc., and perhaps the general shape of the fruit- round, mattress,
cubic :-), etc. Like you expressed, this would be invaluable reference info.
