Kansas State Fair
Hello group!
Just to keep ya posted I took (3rd place 138 lber.) at the Kansas State Fair
this weekend. I had 1st place for about an hour till this guy showed up with
a 234 lb. I missed 2nd place by three lbs!! Man!! Rats!!Boo hoo... This guy
was not very nice either! His wife was the one who hung up on me this summer
when I was trying to get an idea of how big last year's record was. I took
1st Place in the LARGEST TAME Sunflower 15 1/2 inches across. I was a happy
camper!!
I would like to try this again next year!! I want to PLAY BALL as they say
with this guy next year!! I guess he has won the last 4 years in a row. So
if anyone would like to help me I would be Happy to trade some Champion
Sunflower seed for a Big Pumpkin Seed..
Thanks Alot for those who helped me this year! I have learned so much for my
1st year..
