I read some where about a study that said if kept cool and in the uncut
pumpkin for at least 20 days it greatly increased gemination % and shorten
the length of rest the seeds need over the winter. That would imply to me
that the 20 days in cavity maybe giving then about 45 days of maturity out
of cavity. No reference don't remember. Roger
