Shrub/Tree seedlings...

Have a question about shrub/tree seedlings.
This year for the first time i tried growing shrubs from seed
So far i have suceeded with, Nandina, Mahonia, Quince
Rose "Henry Kelsey", Malus, Amsonia hubrectii.

My question....they are all now about
5 inches high and healthy. Is there anything special i need to do
to keep them growing?I'm familiar with perennial growth rates but the
tree/shrub patterns are unknown factors to me.
How long (years?) will it take for
ANY of them to become strong enough to plant outside.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated
