Could also be a good beer, i.e., one without preservatives. Even
non-chlorinated water will do. If growing sphagnum water should be
distilled or deionized. Amounts are immaterial. Setting on blender is
determined by how quickly you need moss to grow. "Chop" if you're in a
hurry and "frappe'" if not. Judy
