Never ever put soil in the oven. I should know.
Larry Mason on "Winter Gardening" and others have the right idea of an
outdoor gas grill if you know what you're doing, but personally I'd
preferrably compost, or let it air out and add it to beds, but
volunteer seeds from it may create confusion if a person does.
