Joe,
Rub them across a piece of fine sandpaper until you can see a light spot.

Commercially, small lots are tumbled in a sandpaper-lined tumbler (like a
gemstone polishing tumbler).
I know people who have tried the concentrated sulfuric acid scarification
(acid-burning your way through the seed coat). It works, too, but it's
trickier to control, and working with conc. H2SO4 is not something for the
novice to do.

Sandpaper is easy, and if you are doing 10 - 25 seeds, gently rubbing
between two sand-paper covered pieces of plywood works pretty well. The
important word is GENTLY. It's easy to crush dry seeds.
