perennial germ. volunteers access sites

Accessed site B downloaded <1 minute.  No need to print; duplicate of previous site.  

Ran through process of downloading twice.  

Suggestions:  I'm using Netscape 2.0 on a 1.6 hard drive, 16 megs ram, 
on PC-clone.  Feel your problem could be your cache capacity or degree of fullness.  In 
Netscape is in Network-Tab Cache.  Either increase size or clear to access space you 
have.
