  I belong to the Passiflora discussion group and we have had good luck
germinating passiflora seeds by soaking it 4-6 hours in very strong tea
solution.  Some of us have also used GA-3 (Giberellic Acid solution mixed the
powder with distilled water).  Also, when Passiflora seeds are collected, if
you leave the juice and some of the solid stuff on the seeds & allow them to
dry that way, this dissolves the germination inhibitors inherent in the seeds.
