I have never seen a supplier of seeds for aquatic plants. There are a few
places that sell aquatic bulbs (Aponogeton sp.), one of which I think is
Gurney's. If you have to have seeds, you might try collecting them yourself
from native aquatics. Emergent plants are the easiest to collect from. I
started last year some arrow arum from seed I collected locally.
