Hi Rhonda,
Are you finding that some Erodiums are hardy to your area? IF so what
species do you grow and how do you treat them through the winter?
I have been growing Erodium "Charm" (I used to know what species this
came from but I don't have that at my fingertips. ) in zone 5 Ill.
and I was told to give it protection and that it might now make it.
It is growing on the South sid of my hous and doing quite well with a
light mulch for the winter. However, I also was growing an Erodium
chamaedryoides which is supposed to be hardy here. It made it through
the first winter I had it but this spring , I can't find any sign of
it .
What do you find to be hardy in that genera? Thanks
Dale Neil
