Propagation books

Eventually, this discussion of books on raising plants from seed has
prompted me to mention my own book! I know, it's a bit of a cheek, but can
I suggest that Garden Flowers from Seed by Christopher Lloyd & Graham Rice
is worth a look? It's been re-issued in paperback this year from Timber
Press (USA) and Penguin (UK). True, it is not the thoroughly comprehensive
A-Z of raising just about everything from seed that we all need, but in its
discussion between Christopher and myself it does emphasise that there is
often more than one way of propagating a plant successfully. And the
general opinion seems to be, as we hoped, that it's quite good fun.
