Flower Seed Harvesting

I Have a few questions about flower seed harvesting, that I know some of you
may be to answer.

#1 I have a patch of Asiatic lilies that I planted this spring and have
flowered. Now some of them are setting seed pods and some other things. I
believe they are also growing new plants along the base of some of them, but
also are growing young plants in the crevises of the leaves near the top of
the plants. These are small brown bulbs with a few white roots and some have
leaves on them as well. When can/should I take them and plant them? Will they
overwinter next to their mother? Or should they spend their first winter in
pots in the coldroom where they may get a touch of frost? I want to keep as
many as I can but in zone 4 with winters at -30*C, it can be deadly for some
perennials.

#2 Harvesting flower seeds: pansies - are the seeds mature enough to
grow new plants when you pick the pods, but the seeds within are still white?

Calendula - are the curly 1/2 moons that appear after the flower
petals wilt and fall off, the seeds?

Delphinium Galahad - when the seed pods split and all that is within
are very small white or brown seeds, are these mature?

Cosmos - can the seeds be picked when almost brown (Before it spreads
open and drops them) and still produce plants from them?

Datura - I have these gorgeous plants that are called Datura and
grow to about 18" tall. When the flower falls off, there is another tube
that falls off within a few days and what is left behind looks like a spike
ball. Are the seeds contained within?

This is my first real year of harvesting these plants and want to get as big a
harvest as I can, so that I can share with my friends. Hope someone can answer
some of my questions.
Thanks,
Coreen
