Absolutely.  While they are not as easy as coleus and mints, Datura seem to
make relatively easy to take cuttings, or at least the ones I've worked
with do.  Mind you, keep looking for seed and don't pinch back the dead
flowers, a couple weeks is usually enough to set seed.
