I just received a packet of Heliotrope 'Dwarf Marine' seeds. The instructions say to sow indoors 4 months before last frost and that they germinate in about 21 days. Are these plants very slow growing? Four months is a long time to grow a plant under florescents and I'm a little nervous about starting them so early.
