Re: Heliotrope 'Dwarf Marine'

In my seed starting book it recommends starting seeds indoors 10-12 weeks
before the last frost and it is recommended that you do not start these
outdoors. It says seeds need light to germinate. It also states that it
could take 4 to 21 days to germinate which is probably why they want you to
start it so early. The plant appears to be very low growing and they produce
their flowers in the summer. It also states that contact with the foliage
may cause irritation to the eyes and skin so be careful.
