Over the years I have grown several Ipomoea species, especially I.
bolusiana, I. holubii and a few others. These plants are usually referred
to as caudex-forming species and I have read that they cannot be
propagated by cutting the caudex/tuber, at least if you want to obtain
typical plants, that is propagations that eventually form a typical
caudex. Has anybody succeeded in propagating by tuber cuttings these
African species?
