Tim,
Here in Brazil, and I think everywhere in South America, you just need to bury
any lenght of the branches (cuttings) of any sweet potato you want, and you'll
have a new plant soon whether in a pot or in your vegetable bed. As it is a
tropical plant it will welcone some sunlight.
