Re: Damping off


Hi Kevin, I have found that good circulation helps prevent damping off. If
your petunias just sit there too wet trouble will happen for sure.Good
drainage is necessary. If they are indoors can you place a fan near? If they
are in pots can you place them in a spot where the wind can help dry them?
All this said...sometimes a soil fungus, Pythium can be responsible for the
problem. Others fungi too. But try the drainage and circulation.
