Hi Angela:
I started many Columbine in 1996. We have large greenhouses for farming
cauliflower and as I recall I had high germination. If you don't have
the greenhouses, the best suggestion I can give would be to make sure
the soil starter is kept moist but not drenched and to vary the
daytime/nightime temperatures : 70-75(day) 40 (night)(Fahrenheit degrees
that is)
