 Hi Cynthia, 

Fresh of dragon fruit contains abundant small seeds 
that are soft ,like those of kiwifruit.
Skin color is bright pink.
There are two types of fresh color, are white and red .   
Its taste like watermelon.
Brix of fresh is from 12% to 18% in Taiwan.
Fruit weight is 300g to 1000g.
Fruits of dragon grow on climbing cactus.
It have 3 wings stem and beautiful night blooming large flower
