They have all rooted in the water. Can I pot these up now? If so, when can I plant them out of doors? TIA! Yes, you can pot them up now--and depending on your zone (7 or higher) can put them outdoors. I have been told that they should be cut down to about 6 to 8 inches when you plant them outdoors.
