Damping off

This year I am having a problem with damping off, especially with 
Anemone and Primula. I sow indoors in Peter's seed starting mix in 
new flats covered with plastic domes. A couple of days after the 
seeds have germinated I move the pots under fluorescent light and 
take away the dome. I have experienced this problem in previous years,
 but not as badly as this year. Is there some product that might help?
 Did I water too liberally? Other suggestions?
