Hi all,
Can anybody clear the issue of importing plnats/seed back and from USA.
For several plant families you need to obtain a phytosanitary certificate from
the ministry of agricultural (USDA) and in some cases even an import permit.
Did you check these points before getting Oenothera roots from Belgium ?
