Both the Ajuga and the Semiaquilegia will respond the best to some cold
treatment.
The Semiaquilegia I would put in the freezer for three weeks then sow and
place in the fridge for two weeks. The Ajuga I would sow and place in the
fridge for two weeks and then keep at 60F not above 70F, they do not always
respond well to high temps.
