I'm afraid that you have named my main suppliers of seed in the UK
already, particularly Chiltern and T&M. None of the main suppliers seem
to have heard of the Internet yet, Chiltern have only just found out
about e-mail, via CompuServe I think.
I only know of one online UK Gardening Magazine, Greenfingers, at
http://www.greenfingers.demon.co.uk/
They have a couple of links to companies selling seeds in the UK -
Cottage Garden Plants & Elm Farm.
Another On Line Seed Catalogue is at http://www.SEEDS-BY-SIZE.CO.UK/
I haven't tried seed from any of these so can't comment on their
service.
The best bet, if you do occasionally travel to the UK, is to try to get
a copy of the RHS Plant Finder Book. It is published annually and lists
thousands of plant species and varieties, with a geographical list of
the nurseries that can supply them, whether they do mail order, etc. It
also has a comprehensive list of UK seed suppliers. ISBN of the 95/96
Issue is 0-9512151-7-1. It is also out on CD-ROM.
