I think I have solved my problem with the FAQ page. I decided to use
a cron function to release the email to the html page at a defined time.

I have a request... and it can be a mess if it is not organized. I know
some of you belong to different mailing list which discuss propagation
methods of certain species of plants and I feel the FAQ page would be
a good place to store all this data.
Here is where the mess comes in.... I would like members to forward or
bounce the data to the this mailing list. To prevent the duplicate
postings, I would need volunteers from each mailing list which provides
pertinent propagation techniques.
On the negative side, we have this thing call "personalities" and some
of you prefer not to see the same posting twice if you belong to that
mailing list. My goal is to provide a source of propagation reference
material from practical experience.
