I guess Im probably as guilt as anyone for posting seed requests.  I
assumed that that was an integral part of the purpose of the list &
still dont understand how one can be separated from the other.  I have
made contact with a dozen folks or so backchannel since my requests &
have found each one fruitful & contributive to my successes at learning
about seeds first hand.  Is there anyway that the networking of seed
exchange can be set up as a symbiotic analogue without diluting the
purpose of this list, I wonder?  Perhaps a similar webpage with threaded
messages & requests, except I like this email format because it is
sexier & quicker, more direct.  Also Im not a fan of newsgroups, have
found them very tedious & not my style. 

Not trying to start a flame war, just expressing what for me is a real
need.
