I had ONE do the same thing but it was not  pollinated .  The seed pod  berries were red but they were not fat and juicy.  If they correctly pollinated, the pod would
be large and juicy for each berry.  Mine were small and hard.   I am still learning.  See the link below for more Arisemas.
