How stupid of me, I saw the name Prof. Nancy Traill and assumed that a
woman had posted the message.I only speak English and Spanish, not 
your language..Looking back at the message, it IS signed by Ms Traill.
In THIS country we respond to the person signing the note.
I just printed out the post and no where do I see the name Majella
Larochelle.By the way, in Spanish, a name ending in "a" is a LADY.
My deep apologies for putting down the French man.
