    Q: What's the date of publication of this book...
        THE VICTORY GARDEN : THE ESSENTIAL COMPANION ?

    A: The separate volumes were published in 1984, 1987, and 1990.
        The compendium edition appears to have been published in 1995.

        It is a companion volume to the PBS series.
