Re: When to Start Indoor Seeds


Try to be more specific about which perenniels you want to grow.  There are
so many different requirements, according to the plants.  Some should have
been planted in the fall outdoors to take advantage of the cold of winter
in order to germinate.  I'm sure you'll get the answers that you want if
you specify which plants you will be growing.
