seedexchange list not yet created

Well, I've failed in my promise to have the seedexchange list up and
running by midnight.  But I have a good excuse, honest!

I was talking to someone tonight and they were afraid that we might fall
into the same problems with the seedexchange list as seeds-list had.
Rather than limiting the list's scope to seed exchanges, it should
probably be a forum for the exchange of all plant material (seedlings,
root or shoot cuttings, seeds, etc).

So, let's keep the list open in terms of content AND name.  But we need a
name that represents this open policy.  plantexchange?  speciesexchange?
propexchange?

I don't know...  So I'm going to throw this out to the list.  But please,
let's try and keep traffic down to a minimum.  Send me your ideas and
I'll send them all out to the list at the end of the day (my address
is lindsey@mallorn.com ).  Once we have a list you can mail me your top
three choices and then I'll set it up.

Sound good?
