Scopolia-5 or six species all parts toxic if ingested, plants are native to
Central and Eastern Europe to Siberia to the Himalayas, china and Japan.
Plants go dormant after flowering in the spring. Plant out in the woodland
garden.
Sow seeds in site in the fall or cold straighify in the fridge 4 - 6 weeks,
dived plants in the spring and grow in humis rich moist but well drained soils
that are neutral to slightly alkaline in part to moderate shade.
The seed does not appear to be hard to work with-Just needs a little cold. I
do not know how fast the plants grow.
