Hi All,

     I'm having terrible trouble germinating Sweet Peas (sorry don't
have the botanical name).  Pre-soaking doesn't seem to help either.   I
have more trouble with the low bush type of sweet peas although the tall
vining types aren't energetic sprouters either.  Can anyone help?
