I placed my blue vervain in a baggy with a good medium, and stratified it in
the fridge for two months, then brought it out in the cool warmth for a few
weeks, then back in the fridge.  Finally I placed it on a heating mat, around
80 degrees.

My aconite was stratified also, but I haven't had a real strong germination.
