You want the best way? Or the easier way?
The best way is to soak the seeds in concentrated sulfuric acid for a 5
hours. Sow by covering seeds lightly.
The other way is to use a file and make a deep nick in the seed and soak it
in hot water for 24 hours.
They are slow growing from seed-but great trees when mature.
