Minor list change

Hi everyone,
This is just a heads-up to let you know that the propagation list is
changing *very* slightly.
From now on all mail sent out from the propagation list will
have a return address of 'propagation@hort.net' instead of
'propagation@mallorn.com'. I would appreciate it if you could update
your address books and Web pages to reflect the new address.
However, the old address and subscription/unsubscription instructions
will continue to work indefinitely, so there shouldn't be any
interruptions in service for everyone.
I'm just cleaning house and trying to consolidate all of the lists
into one place.
