Tree Peony

Hi everyone:

Since seeing how wonderful a neighbor's tree peonies are I've gotten a few
this Spring.  Can anyone tell me their experiences with tree peonies.  Can
they be rooted from cuttings?  This lady has her peonies in very hot sun on
a bank which faces the early morning sun.  They are just wonderful.  Would
be glad to hear from anyone who has luck with this plant.
