Can anyone help me "debabbelize" this description for rooting oranges?
What is IBA, 10000 ppm (I assume it is a hormone, but where do I get it and
how do I know it is 10000 ppm and do I use it wet or dry or???? Any health
precautions?), etc.
Thank you!
