2242 North Palmer Drive, chaumberg, il. 60173. 1-800-828-242. Thy carge
actual shipping charges. UPS has raised their rates again. They raise
them every year.
It's ony cheap to buy celpacks by the case of 100. They are about
$27.00 a case.
